Veer Towers Custom Remodel
In this high-rise condo renovation, we carefully curated every detail, merging classic Vegas charm with modern luxury to create a timeless, sophisticated atmosphere of understated elegance. A luxurious urban lifestyle was created with custom wood beams and accent lighting in the great room, a chef’s kitchen with an extra-large island featuring natural stone waterfalls on each end, floors of porcelain tile and European wood in the office and spare bedroom, and plush carpeting and a bed wall in the primary bedroom.
Custom Home at Turnberry Place, Tower 2
The vibe of this 31st-floor residence is Vegas Modern Chic. The bright, open atmosphere begins in the residence’s private foyer. As guests step off the elevator the light flows through walls covered in clear glass-applied wallpaper. Adding to the ambiance is a warm, decorative chandelier. Once inside, a grand view of Las Vegas provides a visible backdrop throughout the unit. That backdrop is enhanced by a black-and-white custom mural in the great room, through which the city can be seen. The open view was accomplished by removing a wall and relocating gas and electricity lines.
Custom Remodel at Veer Towers
This 3,266 sq. ft. whimsical playhouse is Veer Towers 36th floor penthouse. Guests will quickly realize this is not your ordinary penthouse as they stand before what is believed to be the front door only to be greeted as the adjoining concrete wall opens up. The homeowner’s personality and love for art, creativity, craftsmanship and whimsy is revealed at every turn. Upon entering the front door the facing metal wall greets visitors with softly backlit multicolored, loving and welcoming messages scripted in the homeowner’s hand.
