2. EXPECTATIONS

  • Use Procore to Access Project Documents
  • Provide Bids in a Timely Manner in Conjunction with Bid Deadline
  • All Onsite Employees need Physical or Digital Copy of OSHA Card on Their Person While on Jobsites
  • Must Follow all OSHA Safety Guidelines
  • Check-in and Check-out with Superintendent Daily While Working on Jobsite
  • Supervisor or Foreman on Jobsite Must Communicate Effectively with Merlin Superintendent and be Proficient in Plans
  • Provide Superintendent with Crew Size and Build Schedule for Scope of Work
  • Additional Work Authorization (AWA) are Discussed, Estimated, and Presented
  • Signed AWA’s Required Prior to New Work Starting
  • Ability to Stage for the Possibility of Multiple Mobilizations on Each Project (Be Flexible)

4. BIDDING

  • Receive Request for Proposal (RFP) from Estimators
  • Access to Plans and Specs via Procore and/or Jobsite Walk
  • Submit Request for Information (RFIs)
  • Submit Proposal Including:
    • Detailed Schedule
    • Lead Times
    • Expiration of Proposal
    • Any Exclusions
    • Take Off Documents
    • Detailed Line-Item Pricing
    • Future Material Price Increases, if Known
  • Receive Changes to Plans or Specs via Procore

5. CONTRACT AWARD

  • Provide Current NV Contractors License, All Business Licenses, Insurance Certificate, OSHA cards and Safety Manual
  • Receive Signed Agreement Package with Proposal, Permitted Plans, Budget, Specifications and Schedule
  • Pre-Construction “Kick-Off” Meeting with Superintendent and Scope Related Trade Partners
  • Communicate with Superintendent and Project Coordinator any updated Material and Labor Lead Times
  • Provide Shop Drawings and/or Submittal Packages as Per Time Frame Laid Out, for Material in Scope
  • Provide Mockup or Samples as Requested by Architect or DRC

6. BUILD PROCESS

  • Communicate with Superintendent and Project Coordinator any updated Material and Labor Lead Times
  • Schedule Mobilization
  • Secure Long Lead Time Material
  • Request for Payment or Deposit with All Lien Releases May Be Submitted Each Wednesday By Noon to Percentage Complete
  • Complete Scope of Work Within the Agreed Upon Schedule
  • Communicate With Superintendent any Potential Workflow Complications for Other Trades
  • Involved Superintendents Review and Provide Answers for Ongoing Jobsite Conditions that May Arise
  • Remain Open and Flexible Regarding Changes that May Arise During the Build

7. COMPLETION

  • Finish Work & Clean All Related Work Areas to Superintendent Satisfaction
  • Superintendent/Homeowner Inspect Home to Create Punchlist
  • Complete Punchlist Within Designated Timeline
  • Present Final Invoice with All Lien Releases Followed by Unconditional Release After Final Payment in a Timely Manner
  • Provide Warranty Information for Scope and/or Equipment Installed Along with Homeowner Manuals and Maintenance Schedule Six Weeks Prior to Completion
  • Provide As-Built Drawings When Appropriate

8. ONGOING & FUTURE RELATIONSHIP

  • Return as Needed for Any Follow Up Work as Requested
  • Provide Feedback on the Build Process
  • Discuss Future Projects
