V-Elements Custom Home at The Summit

Five Elements is the perfect name for this spectacular home at The Summit.  A home incorporating the interactions and relationships between the five elements – wood, fire, earth, metal and water.  This Chinese philosophy believes these are the fundamental elements of everything in the universe between which interactions occur. The homeowners asked Las Vegas Architect Eric Strain and his Assemblage Studio to design their 7,400 livable square foot and 11,803 total square foot hill-top home with the five element philosophy.  From the ground level this home’s contemporary rooms are expansive but comfortably sized spaces that are warmed with generous amounts of all five elements.  Consequently they share rich beautiful woods, water, concrete, metal and fire features.  From afar this home soars above the Summit’s golf course, making a dramatic statement of its presence.

Five Elements Theory is a Chinese philosophy used to describe interactions.
