Merlin Custom Home Builders is excited to announce that we are finalists in two categories for the 2020 Silver Nugget Awards, the annual awards honoring excellence in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Industry. Merlin is nominated for Best Design and Architecture for a Custom Home and Best Outdoor Living Space for a Custom Home for “Terra,” a custom home at The Summit in Las Vegas. The virtual awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020.

The annual Silver Nugget Awards is a joint program of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Honoring the best in design and professionalism in local home building, the awards will honor more than 40 winners from over 200 nominees, including home builders, interior designers, marketing directors and sales directors.
Merlin Custom Home Builders is a past Silver Nugget Award winner, having brought home the 2019 award for Best Design and Architecture for their Water’s Edge model custom home located in the Estates at Reflection Bay at Lake Las Vegas.
