From Merlin Contracting to Merlin Custom Home Builders – Renewing Our Commitment To Our Clients

We recently changed our official company name from Merlin Contracting to Merlin Custom Home Builders.  Over the past year we have completed a full rebranding, including a new logo and a new website. This change was meant to reflect the evolution of our company and our renewed commitment of service to our clients. We are pleased with the positive response we have received from both clients and partners alike, and look forward to working side-by-side with all of you to continue to develop innovative design concepts that transform your dreams and visions into unique, luxury homes and condominiums that exceed expectations in both design and function.

“It’s been a big year for Merlin, celebrating our 30th anniversary as custom home builders, changing our company name and completing a full rebrand,” stated Steve Jones, Founder & CEO of Merlin Custom Home Builders. “It has been a year of excitement and change, but what is most important is what hasn’t changed – our promise of quality craftsmanship, creativity and commitment to our clients.”

Since our inception in 1989, we have continued to build Merlin on a foundation of custom home quality, honesty and reliability, and are proud to have developed strong, lasting relationships – based on integrity and respect – throughout the Las Vegas area.

Our new name and logo are meant to characterize the Merlin brand as creative and innovative, and to reflect our dedication to personal service. The website features a custom home project showcase which highlights some of the more than 200 spectacular homes and estates that Merlin has designed, built and/or remodeled over the past 30 years. It also includes an extensive list of clients with whom we have worked over the years.

On behalf of the entire Merlin team, we thank you for your business and look forward to working with you and your families for generations to come.
