Members of the Merlin custom home builders team donned their country western attire on Friday, November 15th in support of Henry’s Place, a Christian Camp and Retreat Center for disadvantaged youth in Las Vegas. Steve Jones, Founder & CEO of Merlin Custom Home Builders, and 5 members of the Merlin team attended the 2019 Country Jamboree, the 13th annual fundraiser for the non-profit which was founded in honor of Las Vegas Metro Police Sergeant Henry Prendes who died in the line of duty. The event was held at the Tropicana Las Vegas.

The Merlin team and other supporters were treated to dinner and live entertainment hosted by Las Vegas’ own Kelly Clinton-Holmes and Paul Scally. Entertainers included Magician and Mentalist Rob Anderson and the country group, Wolf Creek Band. Guests were also treated to a meet and greet with the VGK Viva and Knight Guard Ice Crew and had the chance to participate in a charity raffle and auction.

“It is always an honor to support our local community,” Steve said. “We are proud to play a part in furthering Officer Prendes’ legacy and to help provide an opportunity for local at-risk and underprivileged children and youth to attend camp.”
