To our valued community, it has been an eventful year for Merlin Custom Home Builders after being named The National Custom Home Builder of the Year 2017 by the NAHB. The Merlin team would like to thank our community for making this happen. It is your support, hard work and engagement that makes this such an exciting year for Merlin. Because of this, our team made the decision to rebrand.
The rebranding reflects the evolution of our company and our renewed vision of quality craftsmanship, creativity and commitment to satisfy your unique visions. We have a fresh, new company logo and have launched a new website!

Our new company logo brings a sharp new visual identity, characterizing the Merlin brand as creative and smart, yet friendly. We hope that this will reflect the innovative design elements and technologies we use and our dedication to personal service.
The new website features a project showcase which highlights some of the more than 200 spectacular custom homes and estates that Merlin has designed, built and/or remodeled over the past 30 years. It also includes an extensive list of clients with whom we have worked over the years. We can’t thank all of you enough for your wonderful testimonials about our designs, our team and our personal service. Your satisfaction is our main goal, and we are pleased to know that we have achieved that goal!
Rounding out the website are profiles of each member of the Merlin team as well as information about the various charities and causes which Merlin has supported and continues to support in the local community and nationally. We feel like we have built a true community with all of you and hope to continue to develop and grow that community in the years to come.
