As we usher in the new year, we look back on 2023 as a year of growth and success. Opportunities to give-back within our community, bond as a team, and continue building spectacular homes in Las Vegas have contributed to our strength as a team and a company.
We are proud to assist local families in putting food on the table through the Three Square Food Bank, our local Feeding America affiliate. Nothing is more important in our world today than eliminating food insecurity.
We are also pleased to support women who want to build careers in the custom home industry. We continue to partner with the Southern Nevada Professional Women in Building by sponsoring their annual Wine Pull event which raises money to fund scholarships for women to further their education in our home building industry.
In 2023, we welcomed four new team members who contributed to our success and will continue into the new year and beyond, including John Necs, Director of Field Operations; Nenette Inovero, Project Coordinator; Isaac Olmeda, Assistant Superintendent and Tyler Pugh, Carpenter Assistant.
We participated in several outings and events that brought us closer as a team—and a great time was had by all!
- The Merlin team had an awesome time at the Las Vegas Aviator’s game in Summerlin this past September.
- The Southern Nevada Home Builders Association’s Bowling Night, sponsored by Perlman Architects, gave our team the opportunity to get to know others in the industry.
- Marta and Erica joined their industry peers at the Professional Women in Building Council’s Bingo & Ice Cream event held in July at the Blue Heron Prado Community.
- The ladies of Merlin got together in May to enjoy a fun afternoon of team bonding at a Corks ‘n Crafts event hosted by Professional Women in Building of Southern Nevada.

Las Vegas is on the upswing, and we are proud to continue building and renovating spectacular custom homes across Las Vegas for residents and newcomers. 2024 will be a busy year with numerous luxury home projects slated for construction, including:
- 6 new builds (from the ground up) in The Summit, Ascaya, and The Ridges
- 4 custom condominium renovations at the Cosmopolitan, Veer Towers, and Park Towers
- 2 custom home renovations in Spanish Trails and Canyon Fairways
