Merlin completed a custom remodel at Sierra Vista Ranchos. This project entailed lifting the roof and redoing the floors with a newly renovated downstairs master bedroom.
This classic Southwest Adobe home was purchased by newlywed clients who were relocating and unifying their homes. Their goal was to customize this 90’s-style step-up, step-down home into a structure with a level floor plan, while maintaining its classic style which is unique in the neighborhood. The custom remodel involved lifting the roof, redoing the floors and renovating a downstairs master bedroom.
