Bart Jones, principal and Chief Financial Officer of Merlin Custom Home Builders will attend the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Builder 20 Club Bi-Annual meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in October. The four-day conference, hosted by Pohlig Custom Home Builders, will focus on best practices in the custom home building industry, with each participating builder sharing company reports to obtain valuable feedback from their peers from across the nation.

“Merlin has benefitted tremendously from our participation in the Builder 20 program,” said Bart. “The support and feedback we have received from our fellow members helped to guide us through the industry recession in 2008 and continues to help us advance our business practices and our company.”

NAHB Builder 20 Club groups are invitation-only organizations from non-competing markets that meet several times a year to discuss concerns, challenges, ideas and information in order to learn ways to improve their businesses. Members share and compare financial information, identify issues and offer each other advice on how to enhance performance and increase profits. The Builder 20 Club program currently includes 400+ members. Merlin Custom Home Builders is a member of Group 6, The Doors.
