Please join the entire Merlin team in extending our best wishes to Bart Jones upon his retirement. Bart, who joined Merlin in 1994, officially retired on December 3rd at a party that included friends and family.
Bart expressed his gratitude to all of the people with whom he worked with over the past 27+ years and wished them the very best of luck. “I am looking forward to the next chapter of my life, but I will miss all of the people and excitement at Merlin,” he said. “I know that there are exciting changes on the horizon and I wish my Merlin family nothing but the best!”
Bart and his wife, Cory, will spend their retirement in California.
During his tenure at Merlin, Bart built a reputation for his honesty and integrity with both homeowners and business partners alike. After starting as a field supervisor in 1994, he moved into the CFO position in 1998 and managed the evolution of Merlin’s transition to a technologically advanced company. His leadership was instrumental in the growth and success of the firm, as he expertly balanced the needs of a rapidly growing business with the company’s commitment to putting its customers’ needs first. He is liked by everyone and will certainly be missed.
