Merlin Custom Home Builders is excited to announce that Parker Gates joined our field team this summer as an Assistant Superintendent. Bringing seven years of experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects, Parker enhances our on site leadership with his extensive background in concrete construction, project scheduling, and quality control.

A Strong Foundation in Custom Home Construction

Building multi million dollar custom estates requires precision from the ground up. Parker comes to us with a specialized background in concrete construction, having worked extensively on projects for custom home builders in Park City. He served as a Concrete Superintendent for nearly seven years, managing all phases of concrete foundation and flatwork projects. During his career, he successfully managed 15 to 35 projects annually, overseeing overall project values of up to $20 Million. His deep understanding of the foundational phases of a build makes him an incredible asset to our on site construction team.

Comprehensive Project Management and Field Leadership

Parker brings a comprehensive skill set that spans the entire lifecycle of a luxury build. He has seven years of experience managing construction projects from estimating and contract award through project completion. His expertise includes coordinating project schedules, material deliveries, and subcontractor workflows. Additionally, Parker holds a Utah B100 General Contractor License. By overseeing quality control and ensuring completed work meets exact project requirements, Parker perfectly aligns with our commitment to absolute perfection, structural integrity, and transparent communication.

Growing the Merlin Family

We are thrilled that we are growing once again and adding such dedicated talent to our ranks. Building incredible custom homes starts with an incredible team, and we are looking forward to seeing the positive impact Parker’s field experience will bring to our active sites across the Las Vegas Valley. We encourage our partners, clients, and tradesmen to reach out, introduce yourselves, and help make Parker feel welcome as he gets settled into his new role.
