Since joining the team, Ashley has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new challenges, making her a valuable member of the Merlin family. Her background in the commercial construction industry provided a powerful foundation, but it is her drive for precision that truly sets her apart.
In her previous role as a Project Coordinator, Ashley mastered the complex logistics required for premium residential builds. She seamlessly coordinated with our construction superintendents, managed intricate submittal packages, and kept our clients informed every step of the way. Now stepping into the role of Project Engineer, she will take on even greater responsibilities in driving our projects forward.
Taking on New Challenges
Ashley’s willingness to go above and beyond is evident in everything she does. Her pursuit of quality often takes her directly to the source. Just recently, she traveled to France and Italy on an extensive sourcing trip where she inspected handmade pavers, toured custom window factories, and explored exclusive stone quarries to secure the perfect materials for an upcoming custom estate.
It is this exact level of dedication and practical expertise that makes her such an integral part of our success.
The Heart of the Merlin Team
When she is not managing project details or sourcing materials overseas, the Northern California native can often be found enjoying the live music scene, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
The Merlin leadership team shared their enthusiasm by stating, “We are excited to see her continue to grow in her new role and wish her much success as she begins this next chapter in her career.”
